Princess Reveals 2022-2023 South America & Antarctica Itineraries

Princess Cruises today announced its 2022-2023 program for South America and Antarctica. The Sapphire Princess will call at 19 destinations along six unique itineraries in the region.

Antarctica and Cape Horn

This itinerary includes a four-day cruise around Antarctica and a special Christmas and New Year sailing holiday. The 16-night cruise takes you to Santiago, Punta Arenas, Ushuaia, the Falkland Islands, Montevideo, Buenos Aires and excursions around Cape Horn and the Antarctic Peninsula (Elephant Island, Antarctic Strait, Deception Island, Gerlach Strait, Neumeier Channel, South Shetland Islands and Admiralty Bay).

Dates : 19. December 2022 and 4 and 20. January 2023.

Cape Horn and the Strait of Magellan

This trip includes an overnight stay in Buenos Aires and a scenic cruise on the Amalia Glacier. The 14-night voyages also call at Montevideo, Puerto Madryn, the Falkland Islands, Ushuaia, Punta Arenas, Puerto Montt, Santiago and make round trips around Cape Horn.

Dates: February 5 and 19. March 2023.

Andes and South America

On this trip you will spend one night in Lima, Peru, with an optional overland visit to Machu Picchu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 17-night trip departs on the 2nd. December 2022 in Los Angeles, visit Cabo San Lucas, Costa Rica, Lima, Pisco, La Serena and Santiago. The eighteen-day sailing trip begins on the 19th. March 2023 from Santiago and visit La Serena, Pisco, Lima, Manta, Costa Rica, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and Los Angeles.

Great Adventures

Those looking for a longer adventure can sign up for one of these sailing trips, which include overnight stays in Buenos Aires and Lima.
